About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Mental Health Professional to join our team as a Crisis Care Therapist.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people experiencing mental health crises.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans for children and young people.
• Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to provide seamless support and interventions.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions and strategies to promote positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Relevant core professional qualification in mental health (Nurse, Social worker or Occupational Therapist).
• Qualifications in Psychological Therapies e.g.
CBT / SFT/ IPT Mentorship course ENB998 or equivalent
• Proven experience of working effectively with people with mental health difficulties.
