Job Description

Position Overview:

We are actively recruiting warehouse workers for immediate start positions across London and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals seeking temporary warehouse employment with competitive pay rates and flexible shift patterns.

Key Responsibilities

Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from warehouse locations, pack orders according to specifications, and prepare goods for dispatch ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the process.
✓
Goods Receiving: Unload deliveries, check goods against delivery notes, verify quantities and quality, report discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation of all incoming stock.
✓
Stock Management: Maintain organized warehouse storage, rotate stock following FIFO principles, conduct regular stock counts, update inventory systems, and ensure accurate stock records.
✓
Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe, operate warehouse equipment properly, follow health and safety procedures, and report any hazards or maintenance issues immediately.
✓
Team Collaboration: Work effectively within warehouse teams, communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues, support operational targets, and maintain positive working relationships.

Essential Requirements

•
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
•
Physically fit and able to lift/move items up to 25kg regularly
•
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining attendance
•
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
•
Basic understanding of health and safety in warehouse environments
•
Right to work in the UK (documentation verification required)

Shift Patterns Available

Day Shifts: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Afternoon Shifts: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Night Shifts: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (enhanced pay rates)

Weekend Shifts: Saturday – Sunday, various times (premium rates apply)
