As a Loading and Unloading Associate, you will be responsible for accurately tracking inventory and preparing shipments, directly contributing to Frito-Lay’s mission of efficiently supplying high-quality snacks to consumers.

Role and Responsibilities:

This position focuses on efficiently managing, organizing, and storing inventory to ensure products are correctly recorded and ready for distribution.

You will collaborate with logistics colleagues to maintain seamless warehouse operations and achieve daily production goals.

Success in this role requires focus, teamwork, and active engagement in physical tasks to sustain a productive warehouse environment.
• Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming shipments to maintain correct inventory records.

• Pick, pack, and stage items for shipment following company guidelines.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and proficiently.

• Keep workspaces clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

• Verify inventory quantities and update records using warehouse management systems.

• Collaborate with team members to prioritize assignments and meet production deadlines.

• Report equipment malfunctions, damaged products, or inventory discrepancies promptly to supervisors.

Required Skills and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

• Minimum of one year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred.

• Competency in safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management software.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, or reaching for extended periods.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following standard operating procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Forklift certification or prior experience operating heavy warehouse machinery.

• Experience in a fast-paced production or distribution setting.

• Knowledge of inventory management software and scanning tools.
