Education:
• High School Diploma Required Qualifications:.

• Previous warehouse supervisory or lead experience.

• Ability to operate or train others on forklifts and related warehouse equipment.

• MS Excel experience.

• Strong communication skills and ability to direct a team.

• High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues.

• Experience in parts handling, shipping/receiving, or logistics.

• Will oversee the daily activities of Material Handlers responsible for moving and staging truck parts between multiple warehouse locations.

• Supervise and coordinate Material Handler tasks and daily workflow.

• Ensure accurate handling, staging, and movement of truck parts.

• Monitor productivity and adjust work assignments to meet operational needs.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and OSHA safety standards.

• Communicate issues or delays to onsite leadership.
