Produce accurate estimates for both insurer and private customers
Review estimates following vehicle strip-down to ensure accuracy and profitability
Ensure written authority and agreed costs are secured for private customer work

Follow correct procedures when issuing courtesy vehicles, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and copies of customers’ driving licences are obtained where applicable
Comply with all health and safety, environmental, and company policies
