Location: Southampton
Salary: £28 per hour then £43,000 per year
Hours: Temp to perm
Driving: Full UK driving licence required

We are looking for an experienced Planned Works Electrician to join Abri housing, delivering high-quality electrical upgrades, installations and refurbishment works across our homes.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out full and partial property rewires.
• Install and replace consumer units.
• Complete electrical upgrades as part of kitchen, bathroom and refurbishment programmes.
• Carry out electrical testing and inspection.
• Ensure all work meets current regulations and health & safety standards.
• Work closely with customers, colleagues and other trades.
• Deliver excellent workmanship and customer service.

Requirements
• NVQ/AM2 or equivalent.
• 2391 Testing & Inspection or equivalent.
• Current 18th Edition qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience in social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment or property investment is desirable.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety and customer service.
