We are thrilled to announce that we are currently accepting applications for the position of Customer Experience Agent at our facility in Liverpool.

Responsibilities:
• Commitment to excellent customer service - handling all inbound customer queries in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Conducting customer branch tours and managing security access, always maintaining client discretion.
• Buying, selling, and testing all consumer bullion products.
• Handling large volumes of cash in line with the 4-eye policy.
• Creating invoices for all Vault and Bullion services to customers.
• Delivering high levels of process control and security.
• Commitment to all aspects of Health & Safety.
• Maintaining and securing accurate customer records to guarantee GDPR.
• Consistently ensuring first-class housekeeping.

Shift Pattern:
• Friday 10:00 - 18:00.

• Saturday 10:00 - 17:00.

• Sunday 10:00 - 17:00.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week

Schedule:
• Every weekend.

• Weekend availability.

Experience:
• Customer service: 2 years (required).
