As a Building Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our properties and providing excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include resolving maintenance issues, preparing vacant apartments for move-in, preserving the beauty of the building, and providing outstanding customer service.
You will also work weekends or evenings and be on call for after-hour emergencies.
Skills and Qualifications
• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• AHVAC certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
