Job Description:
• Manage relationships with key B2B customers, building trust and loyalty.
• Provide first-class customer service, exceeding expectations through all interactions.
• Support the onboarding process for new customer accounts, ensuring seamless integration.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and sales strategies, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, facilitating communication across various channels.
• Regularly review customer accounts to comprehend their requirements and drive business development.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in managing customer relationships and delivering results.
• Able to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue growth.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Work Environment:
• Located in Wakefield, near the M62 motorway.
• On-site parking facilities are available.
• Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
