Responsibilities
• Deliver tailored lessons in subjects such as English, plumbing, or other relevant areas to adult students based on their individual needs and goals.

• Assess learners’ progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.

• Foster a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages active participation and confidence-building among students.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and lesson plans to track each learner’s development.

• Communicate effectively with students to clarify concepts, answer questions, and provide constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with program coordinators to develop curriculum materials that meet diverse learning requirements.

• Support learners in developing practical skills applicable to real-world scenarios, including communication skills and IT literacy.

Requirements
• Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience or background knowledge in plumbing or related technical trades is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proven ability to teach or train adults with patience, clarity, and enthusiasm.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple learners’ progress and lesson plans efficiently.

• Good IT skills for utilizing digital learning tools, resources, and record-keeping systems.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with diverse adult learners from various backgrounds.

• Ability to motivate and inspire confidence in adult students while maintaining a professional demeanor.
