Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited seeks an experienced Client Growth Specialist to join our Leeds office.
This exciting opportunity involves building and nurturing strong relationships with professionals across the UK.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the accountancy or legal sector.
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
Key responsibilities include:
• Establishing trusted relationships with independent accountancy firms, law firms, financial services, and other professionals.
• Managing a portfolio of professional contacts to understand their needs and how to build opportunities to work together.
• Developing strategic growth plans with local director teams to drive revenue growth and expand relationships.
• Meeting with accountants/professionals to discuss client needs and identify suitable solutions.
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of Leonard Curtis's products and services.
• Collaborating with directors and specialists to introduce service lines to existing accountant contacts and further develop these relationships.
• Using prospecting skills to secure new relationships with professional contacts.
• Ensuring timely follow-up on potential clients and cases through effective pipeline management.
• Attending networking events, seminars, and group social events to enhance your network and contribute to building the Leonard Curtis brand.
• Supporting the organisation of business development events and ensuring effective delivery.
• Regularly recording calls, emails, and meetings on the CRM system.
