Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Specialist or Contact Centre Advisor looking for your next opportunity?
We're recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join a busy customer operations team within a well-established global organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a professional, regulated environment, with full training provided and potential longer-term opportunities within the business.

The Role
You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service across a range of enquiries, helping customers find the right solutions while ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and compliantly.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Handling inbound customer enquiries by phone and email.

• Dealing with escalated and more complex customer queries.

• Supporting vulnerable customers with empathy and patience.

• Resolving queries efficiently and aiming to get things right first time.

• Building positive relationships with customers.

• Working towards customer service and operational targets.

• Following FCA, Data Protection and other regulatory requirements.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
• Has previous customer service or contact centre experience.

• Is confident communicating with customers over the phone.

• Can remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.

• Has excellent listening and problem-solving skills.

• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Enjoys working as part of a team.

• Takes pride in delivering a positive customer experience.

Experience within financial services or another regulated environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
