We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our client team on a temporary 6-month contract with the potential for extension.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting operational and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Processing: Manage and validate customer orders, ensuring daily quotas are met.

Expedite or advance orders as required by customer needs.
• Customer Service and Support: Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Warranty and Returns Processing: Process warranty claims and manage return requests efficiently.
• Miscellaneous Tasks: Run reports, monitor order flow, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving work environment.
