Role Description This full-time Electrician role is an on-site position based in Acton, CA.

The Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and equipment in residential and commercial settings.

Daily tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics, performing routine inspections, and ensuring all work meets local and national electrical codes.

The role involves diagnosing electrical issues, troubleshooting system failures, and recommending effective repairs or upgrades.

The Electrician will work with a field team, communicate clearly with clients, maintain accurate job documentation, and follow strict safety protocols on every job.

- Strong knowledge of Electricity and practical Electrical Work skills, including safe handling of tools and materials.r

- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of electrical systems, including routine service and preventative maintenance.r

- Proven Troubleshooting abilities for identifying faults, testing circuits, and resolving electrical issues efficiently.r

- Foundational understanding of Electrical Engineering principles related to wiring design, load calculations, and system layouts.r

- Relevant electrician license or certification in California, or ability to obtain as required.r

- Familiarity with NEC and local electrical codes, and strict adherence to safety standards and PPE use.r

- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams, and use standard electrical testing equipment.r

- Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Acton, CA, and willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.r

- Effective communication skills, professional customer service approach, and ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
