Required Skills and Experience
• Substantial industry experience in production, technical, or quality departments is essential.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills to ensure agreed delivery dates and terms are maintained.
• Good understanding of engineering documentation, including reading and understanding engineering drawings, documents, and procedures.
• Strong organizational and project planning skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP.
• Experience in Oil and Gas industry.
• NDE, Welding experience, and certifications.
• Able to lead change and independently create and implement functional and cost-effective processes that meet complex specification requirements.
• Team player and capable of working on own initiative.
• Strong communication skills with an analytical mindset.
