Key Responsibilities
• Warmly welcome and assist festival attendees, providing information and guidance as needed.
• Efficiently scan tickets and manage access points, ensuring smooth entry and exit procedures.
• Assist with crowd management and flow, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
• Act as a first point of contact for enquiries, resolving minor issues or escalating complex matters to supervisors.
• Support site operations, which may include light setup/takedown duties or restocking supplies.
• Monitor designated areas for cleanliness and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and security protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless event execution.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and non-verbal.
