Infinity Employment are currently seeking a FLT/Counterbalance Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Portsmouth, specialising in despatching thermal energy supplies and accessories to local and national customers.
The ideal candidate must have a min 2 year's counterbalance FLT and warehouse experience.
Friendly, motivated with bundles of energy to complete tasks.
Must be a team player, help and support from the company will be ongoing.
The position is a temp contract.
Immediate start.
Main Responsibilities
• Using a C/B FLT licence within the warehouse.
• Palletising stock.
• Hand balling, some heavy lifting involved to manually arrange some of the stock.
• Undertake any reasonable requests from Managers in line with the range and scope of the post.
• Involve yourself with team tasks, for example cycle counting, movement of stock including stock checks.
• General hands-on deck to keep the warehouse / facility clean, tidy and safe.
• Accept reasonable requests from Managers in line with your job role.
• Fully co-operate with the sites safety regulations.
Essential Experience
• C/B FLT.
• Recent experience with their FLT ticket and within a warehouse environment.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to time manage completion of your work.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must have an upbeat and positive manner and the ability to learn quickly.
• Flexible and adaptable to how the business needs evolve.
Hours
• Mon- Friday 9am - 5pm.
• Overtime available.
