The Job Description

As a German speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent service over telephone, email and live web-chat.

You will process orders through our system, manage shipping documentation, resolve customer queries, manage returns and refund processes, and ensure administration is completed accordingly.

What You Need to Succeed
">

To be successful in this role, you will need fluency in German (written and spoken) and previous experience in customer service.
">

You should be able to work one in two weekends, have a proactive, confident and dynamic personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
