Duties Include:
• General property maintenance.

• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs.

• Painting and decorating.

• Furniture assembly and installations.

• Garden and outdoor maintenance.

• Responding to small repair jobs quickly and professionally.

Requirements:
• Previous handyman or maintenance experience.

• Blue CSCS Card Required.

• Own tools and transport preferred.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Friendly and professional attitude.
