Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team.

We are a small family run business that are dedicated to providing person centred care and support.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be an essential part in promoting the independence of our clients, a listening ear and most importantly providing a smile to brighten up their day.

Responsibilities:`
- Assisting with daily activities such as personal care
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the office team
- Assisting with mobility and transferring the people we support.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to the people we support.
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the people we support
- Documenting information accurately and timely

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- An open and honest ethos.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to work well when remote working,
- Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
