Hotel Receptionist (Part Time) Castle Ashby, Northamptonshire 32 hours per week £15,808 + generous tronc share (details below) What We Need We are looking for an efficient and welcoming Receptionist to join our small team to ensure the smooth running of the lobby, taking responsibility for reservations and general enquiries, ensuring a positive first impression of The Falcon both in person and on the telephone.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing guest bookings using the hotel reservations system Ensuring guests receive a smooth check-in and check-out process Maintaining good product knowledge, including room rates, packages and promotions Converting room and food and beverage enquiries into bookings Liaising with the Wellness and Food and Beverage teams to ensure bookings are handled efficiently Ensuring room billing is accurate and all revenue is collected Dealing with reception related queries and complaints efficiently Creating ‘moments of magic’ to enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat custom About Us Set at the heart of the 10,500-acre Castle Ashby Estate in Northampton, The Falcon has recently been transformed and re-imagined by Lord and Lady Northampton into a country retreat with 22 bedrooms, a destination restaurant and Wellness Centre for those in need of rest and renewal.
