Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic culinary team.

The Kitchen Staff will support daily kitchen operations, assist with food preparation, and ensure a clean and organized work environment to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Duties
• Control food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing pans.
• Support food handling procedures in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Assist in setting up banquet or special event catering as required.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs courteously and efficiently.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests.
• Manage the grills and ensure a smooth service for the preparation of tacos and all proteins required through the day.
Skills
• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
• Experience with bussing, serving, or banquet operations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and interact with guests.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with culinary practices, food handling procedures, and hospitality standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.

Pay: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
