Key Responsibilities
This position involves reading and interpreting work operation sheets to determine appropriate operations, setting up equipment to specifications, performing production runs, and completing production paperwork.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to learn new processes quickly, and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a High School Diploma or equivalent, CNC background in metal fabrication preferred.

You should also be proficient in using precision measuring tools, read blueprints, and possess above-average manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
