12 Month Contract to Hire

We're looking for a manufacturing operator with growth in mind.

The company is expanding and is looking to promote manufacturing leads in the future.

Responsibilities
• The incumbent is responsible for execution of all aspect of production operations which includes, but is not limited to, buffer preparation, drug formulation, filling, visual inspection, labeling, packaging, and sanitization.
• Gown for production operations to meet grades A, C & D cleanroom requirements.
• Interact with QC, QA, Tech services, Warehouse, Maintenance, IT, Supply Chain, and other departments as required.
• Visually inspect finished sterile product to identify any abnormalities or foreign particles or substances.
• Assist management in coordinating process activities to assure efficient, timely and smooth operations.
• Setup, operate, assess, and resolve minor equipment mechanical issues in the controlled classified areas.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and inventory to ensure availability for routine cleaning tasks.
• Assist with initial/subsequent validation of a new area, including manufacturing equipment and processes.

• Participate in in-process inspections and quality control checks to verify the integrity of product quality.
• Complete applicable logbook, form, and batch record documentation as required while adhering to strict cGMP and Good Documentation Practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Maintenance to troubleshoot issues and resolve deviations.
