JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Mental Health Transport Assistant, you will work closely with patients, colleagues, and partners to provide high-quality care and support.
Your duties may include:
• Transporting patients safely and efficiently.
• Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients.
• Working effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional quality care.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports.

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS:
We offer flexible working arrangements to suit your needs, including:
• Full-time contracts (average of 40.3 hours per week)
• Flexible contracts (no guaranteed hours).
SALARY:
This contract is paid at a blended rate of £12.37 p/h (Day, Night, and Weekend Shifts).
Annual remuneration to start from £26,593.80, based on expected hours.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• A valid Full UK Manual Driving License with a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
• An Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Excellent communication skills, including IT ability.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering genuine care.
• Demonstrate resilience.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
