About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Security/Concierge-Front of House officer to join our team.

You must have at least five years gatehouse experience and previous concierge or front-of-house experience.

You will provide a professional service and deal calmly with incidents, including anti-social behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

· Control site access and check visitors, vehicles and contractors.

· Provide a friendly and professional front-of-house service.

· Monitor CCTV, alarms and security systems.

· Carry out patrols, building checks and weekly fire alarm tests.

· Deal safely and calmly with incidents, emergencies and anti-social behaviour.

· Keep clear incident records and handover notes.

· Follow all site, health and safety, and emergency procedures.

Essential Experience and Requirements:

· At least five years’ gatehouse security experience.

· Concierge or front-of-house experience.

· Experience dealing with challenging situations and anti-social behaviour.

· A valid SIA licence for the role.

· Good communication, customer service and conflict-management skills.

· Clear judgement and accurate incident reporting.

· A calm, reliable and punctual approach.

· Ability to work alone and as part of a team.

· Basic IT and email skills.

· Ability to work variable shifts, including [days, nights, weekends and bank holidays, if applicable].

Desirable:

· First Aid at Work qualification.

· Experience with observing CCTV and access-control systems.

· Training in conflict management, safeguarding or emergency response.

· Own transport would be an advantage.

You must be able to travel to work independently and arrive on time.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 55.0 per week

Experience:
• Concierge/Front of House : 5 years (required).

• Security Guarding: 5 years (required).

• Fire Alarm Testing: 5 years (required).

Licence/Certification:
• Hold a Valid SIA Licence (required).
