Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Swansea.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent time management and organisational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for documentation management within the business as well as clients and 3rd parties.

This is a varied role that requires the ability to juggle multiple tasks including:
• Organising, maintaining and managing key documentation for projects.
• Resolving issues with missing or incorrect documentation from 3rd parties.
• Working closely and inclusively with engineers.
• Assisting the CEO with daily tasks and supporting their working day.

To be considered for this role, you will require experience in document management and core administration skills, exposure to CRM/internal document management systems, IT literacy and experience of working to deadlines.

• IT Literate with different programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, JPEG, PDF, etc.
