Position: Print Production Supervisor - Northamptonshire - Up to £33k pa

With an illustrious history dating back over decades, our client’s print shop are the specialists when it comes to design and print.

They are on the search for a multiskilled and hands on Print Supervisor to oversee their expanding team.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the production department and its associated maintenance.
• Enforce an enhanced regime of effective company workflow, guidelines and practical manufacturing policies.
• Work with senior management to guide, advise and implement best practice and associated working methodology.
• Shape, guide and enhance operational manufacturing effectiveness, managing and developing a broadly skilled team.
Qualifications
• Experienced, talented & ambitious individual with a background as a Production Supervisor in the print or packaging arena.
• Demonstrable experience in managing & developing a broadly skilled team, shaping, guiding & enhancing operational manufacturing effectiveness.
• Methodically minded professional, possessing sound commercial acumen and a passion that thrives on the responsibility of leadership.
• Experience handling a large number of different print jobs per day.
