To provide friendly, fast, and professional service to every guest, creating a welcoming dining experience from arrival until departure.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and greet every guest with a smile.
• Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
• Explain menu items, promotions, meal options, and recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Repeat orders back to guests to confirm accuracy.
• Enter orders correctly into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Check food presentation and order accuracy before serving.
• Provide napkins, cutlery, sauces, condiments, and other items required by guests.
• Check back with guests after serving to ensure they are satisfied.
• Identify opportunities to create a WOW guest experience.
• Respond quickly and politely to guest requests.
• Handle guest complaints calmly and inform the supervisor or manager when required.
• Clear and clean tables promptly.
• Prepare tables for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, chairs, tables, and surrounding areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and personal grooming standards.
• Support team members during busy periods.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, cashier, and management teams.
• Process or assist with guest bills and payments where required.
• Thank every guest when they leave and invite them to visit again.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
