About the Job:

As a Sales and Inventory Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability across all sales channels.

You will develop and implement plans to surpass targets in sales, stock, and margin, utilising forecasting tools to maintain optimal stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop category level targets from annual divisional budgets, focusing on weekly sales, stock, and margin goals.
• Inventory Management: Analyse product performance to adjust inventory strategies, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Marketing and Promotions: Manage markdown strategies and promotional activities, monitoring market trends to adjust stock levels accordingly.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate detailed reports on sales, stock levels, and supplier performance, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Participate in projects aimed at process and system improvements.
• Health and Safety: Comply with company health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:
• Merchandise Planning Experience: Demonstrable experience in retail merchandise planning.
