Mental Health Nursing Position
Just Nurses is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Hampshire.
This exciting opportunity allows you to utilise your expertise in delivering high-quality care to individuals requiring mental health support.
As an agency RMN, you will be responsible for:
• Conducting thorough assessments to identify patients' mental health needs.
• Creating tailored care plans to promote patient-centred care.
• Administering medications in line with professional guidelines.
• Promoting patient engagement through therapeutic interventions.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
• NMC Registration with a valid PIN.
• MAPA training for effective de-escalation strategies.
• At least 6 months of post-qualification experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
• Ability to meet framework compliance requirements, including DBS checks, Occupational Health clearance, and Clinical References.
• Right to work in the UK.
