Ashware Electrical Ltd is growing and we're looking for an experienced Lead Solar Installer to join the team.

The role:
• Oversee and carry out solar PV system installations.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain solar equipment.

• Supervise team members and keep projects on schedule.

What we need:
• Proven solar PV installation experience.

• Comfortable working at height and in all weather.

• Strong with power and hand tools.

• Relevant solar or electrical certifications preferred.

• Valid driving licence and own transport essential.
