At City Plumbing Supplies, we are seeking a results-driven Strategic Parts Operations Manager to develop spares through our branch network to land key business strategic plans and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT TEAMS AND SALES TEAMS ACROSS ALL BRANDS TO ENSURE SHARED KNOWLEDGE.
• COORDINATE AND SUPPORT AGREED PROJECTS AND INITIATIVES AS REQUIRED, DELIVERING RESULTS WITHIN AGreed TIMESCALES.
• REPRESENT SPARES IN THE REGIONAL OPERATIONS SITES, PROVIDING TIMELY UPDATES ON BUSINESS PERFORMANCE AND KPIs.
• IDENTIFY LOCATIONS WITH SPARES OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOP EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES TO DRIVE PERFORMANCE THROUGH BRANCHES.
• SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF UNIQUE SELLING PROPOSITIONS AND DIFFERENTIATORS BASED ON MARKET INSIGHT AND COMPETITOR ANALYSIS.
• WORK COLLABORATIVELY TO MAXIMIZE CUSTOMER OPPORTUNITIES, RESOLVE ISSUES, AND MAINTAIN HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE.
You will have an innovative approach to identifying growth opportunities and a strong focus on driving results while acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do.
Requirements:
• MARKET EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE MERCHANTING SECTOR AND ABILITY TO APPLY SKILLS TO THE SPARE PARTS MARKET.
• A BACKGROUND IN KEY ACCOUNT AND SALES MANAGEMENT WITH A TRACK RECORD OF DELIVERING RESULTS.
• STRONG CUSTOMER FOCUS AND UNDERSTANDING OF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND BUSINESS PROCESSES.
• PROVEN INFLUENCING AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS WITH A STRONG COMMUNICATION STYLE.
