We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker to join the team at The Academy based in Warrington WA1 2RU
.
The service consists of 22 self‑contained flats and provides support and a home to adults 18+ living with a mental health diagnosis and other health conditions.
Salary: £13.12 per hour
Weekly
Hours:
37 hrs working 3-4 days.
Various shifts between 8am - 10pm.
Need to be able to work a combination of early, late and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities
As a Support Worker in Supported Living, you’ll support adults on a person‑centred basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation.
Your days will be varied – from medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks.
No two days are the same, so we need someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients’ needs with a big smile.
We’re not too concerned about qualifications for this role; we’re more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues.

You do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualification to be considered.
