We are seeking an experienced Painters and Decorators in Brighton, BN1 to join our team in Uk. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to oversee construction activities on multiple high-profile projects across the West Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure project timelines are met
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and construction teams
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
• Monitor quality control and maintain high construction standards
• Manage site resources, materials, and equipment efficiently
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
• Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective measures

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in construction supervision
• Valid CSCS Card (Blue or Gold preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and building regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• SMSTS qualification is highly desirable
• First Aid certification preferred
• Full UK driving licence
