Job Description
Recruiting Today is working on behalf of a well-established client in Leeds to find a proactive GP Surgery Receptionists in Hemel Hempstead, HP2 to be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and callers. You’ll keep the front desk running smoothly while providing day-to-day administrative support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and clients in a warm, professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and emails
- Managing meeting room bookings and diary coordination
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Maintaining office filing systems, records and stationery supplies
- Providing general administrative support to office and management teams
- Data entry and updating internal spreadsheets/databases
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a reception, admin, or customer-facing role (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well-presented, punctual and reliable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to start immediately
