About the Role

We are urgently seeking reliable and hardworking HGV Class 2 Drivers in Wigan, WN1 to join our busy logistics and distribution centre in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for immediate work with a reputable UK staffing agency.

You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting the day-to-day operations of a major retail and e-commerce distribution hub. Full training and PPE will be provided on your first day.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operating manual handling equipment including pallet trucks and trolleys
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles in a safe and timely manner
• Maintaining accurate stock records and conducting regular inventory checks
• Ensuring the warehouse floor is kept clean, organised, and hazard-free
• Following all health and safety guidelines and wearing provided PPE at all times
• Working collaboratively with the shift supervisor and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25kg safely
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfilment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned shifts
• Flexible to work various shift patterns including early mornings and weekends
• Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
• Valid right to work in the UK
