Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor project progress and quality standards
• Manage and guide construction teams and subcontractors
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety briefings
• Maintain accurate records and reports of daily activities
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders
• Resolve on-site issues and implement solutions efficiently

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cladding Installers in Swindon, SN1 or similar role
• Valid CSCS card (Gold or Black preferred)
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• First Aid certification (preferred)
• Flexible approach and ability to work under pressure
