As an Accounts Administrator in Manchester, M3, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance and administrative operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with month-end reconciliations and reporting
- Handling general office administration tasks
- Managing correspondence via phone, email, and post
- Filing and maintaining organized document systems
- Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc projects
- Liaising with suppliers and clients regarding account queries
- Assisting with payroll preparation when required
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounts role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, or similar) is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good numerical skills and understanding of basic accounting principles
